"Generally, my experience has not been pleasant. It all started in the beginning with the lack of communication. It would have been nice to be informed by the director that she would be resigning from her role, especially considering it was during the start of my child's care. A lot of the teachers are not pleasant. Is it really that hard to say hello during pick up? Dont get me wrong, i understand you are tired and kids can be exhausting but, we are all tired and you took that job knowing you would be with kids all day. I also witnessed a teacher yelling at a child outside. She was really yelling and said what is wrong with you? why would you do that? Does that really make a good teacher? Do you think that is going to help build a child up? Overall, maybe some of these teachers should look into a career change. It is not appropriate for children to undress in front of other children at the age of 5 and above and especially with older kids. Children may listen to us when we stress the importance of our personal parts and how we don't let other kids touch, but, at that age, how well do they really retain the information they have learned? I walked by the restroom while two little girls were using the toilets. Where is the privacy? What does this teach? It absolutely is appalling. I am so bothered by this daycare center. I feel so horrible each time i have to leave my son here. I am diligently looking into another center for the remainder of the summer for my child. This place disgusts me."
