"My expectations of my child's school have been blown out of the water by the director/staff at the La Petite my son attends. With everything going on they have ensured only the safest environment for my son to continue to learn. They have helped him to grow into a more independent child and the communication I receive is outstanding. My son will be going into Kindergarten this year and they are providing a learning environment for him to complete his virtual learning with them while both of his parents are working. I feel much better that he will not only have the assistance of the wonderful director while completing his daily online activities, but also that he will still get the social interaction children at his age needs. I couldn't be happier with my decision to enroll him in La Petite and the director, Jen Terhall, has been such an amazing person to help provide support and understanding of the way we navigate through the upcoming year."

"Very grateful for the care at La Petite. My biggest issue is that I think the diapers are a scam. Offer a discounted rate instead of additional fee. It feels like we are being nickel and dimed for diapers. My kid wears one diaper a day for naps. It’s outrageous to pay 6.00 a week for 2 diapers. I’ve been told it’s unavoidable though. I don’t want this to shadow over the excellent care my kids have received."

"Overall it’s been a good experience. The teachers are great. But the Director has had very unprofessional communications in mass emails on several occasions. She also does not listen in conversation, but tends to talk over parents to insert her opinion. The ratios are also concerning at times. Children are moved around to different rooms based on numbers, not the child’s needs. It’s understandable at pick up/drop off times, but this seems to be a staffing issue."

"Overall the teacher relationships w/the children seem very good. I believe our child receives good care at this school. My area of concern is more around the level of communication and transparency among the director and her staff. The communications sent to parents is unprofessional at times. When teachers change or there are staffing changes at the school the messages sent out contain unprofessional details . In additional the timeliness of the communications are lacking, it seems they are always reactive and not proactive. When routines change it is very tough for our child and often times we do not get proper planning for a big transition."
