"Everything about La Petite is amazing! My 3 year old has been going here since he was 9 months old. Ever since day 1 and with new teachers coming and some older ones going, they have all been extremely attentive, friendly, caring, respectful, and are overall amazing to work with. Communication has always been spectacular and my now 3 year old and 8 month old are both learning so much just from being here. They treat the kiddos as their own and I will not change daycare's, not only because I am weird about strangers with my children, but because of their honesty and compassion for the children. I make it work with how far I work and or live all because of my comfort with La Petite. I highly recommend this daycare to everyone!"

"Been great. Some biting issues with other kids biting ours, caused some undue trauma, however staff was responsive. Otherwise, fantastic, caring people. I would say, it appears, this school does the Best they can, with what they are given."

"Overall, I think the new director has made improvements and has been very respectful and attentive to our questions or concerns. There are however still teachers that raise their voices and, in my opinion, treat children in a way that they ask them not to treat others. Children with special needs or aggressive behaviors are not dealt with at the level that is necessary. Additional de-escalation training and special needs training might be helpful. Finally, there has been a lot of turn over of teachers over the last year, so consistency has been an issue. At times, a single teacher had been assigned a full classroom of early preschool and preschool children due to staffing and they could be seen struggling with handling so many kids at once. Better staffing and ratios need to be addressed to improve this. Teachers shouldn't feel like they are about to cry because they can't handle such a heavy load. This further affects the children themselves and makes the parents have side conversations about leaving the child care center due to safety/staffing concerns."

"My son is not always easy and mornings are tough. Me and my son are always greeted in the morning and acknowledged. We genuinely feel that everyone is happy he is there. (Even when he is crabby :) ) Miss Monika shows a true passion for her job and is obvious in every interaction she has with us. Miss Jenny is so caring and compassionate. We could not be more happy with the care our son receives and are so grateful for their patience and effort to educate."

"We are extremely satisfied with the level of care and compassion exhibited by the Director, Assistant Director, and classroom teachers. "I have been very happy with the tenure of teachers and consistence we have had with the staff. I have two comments related to the payment options. I wish that we could have automatic payments made through a credit card. This option is available by debit card, but I would prefer if we could automatically make it through my credit card. Second, my oldest daughter is in a divorce situation & tuition is split evenly with my ex- husband. My current husband and baby were to receive the multiple child discount due to me paying tuition for two children. I was disappointed that discount could not be applied to my portion of my oldest daughter's tuition and instead was applied toward my ex husbands as well- who is not eligible for it. While I know the situation is unique, I would prefer if the discount could be applied toward the eligible parent's tuition only."

"It’s good, my son is gaining some independence. However he is sensitive and I’m not sure that the staff always knows how to help him in that way. I’ve seen onion occasion my son crying in a corner and being, what looks like as singled out. He is shy and I would like them to help him learn how to navigate through that, instead of dismiss it and let him cry."
