"First off, staff is amazing!! No problems there. However, problems with tuition and payments is what caused me to withdraw my children this evening. I pay 270$ a week for my two children to attend. I get paid on fridays. I always struggle to pay on Mondays because from the start my pay was a week behind after starting a new job. La petit asks tuition be paid on Monday, I get it this is a business. However, when most people get paid on fridays wouldn’t you think it be smart to allow people the week to pay tuition? Mon-Friday, as long as it’s paid the same week — why should it matter? I never carry over balances to the next week, that would of coarse warrant a no attendance issuance. However, they refused to let my kids attend daycare the rest of this week - thrursay & Friday because I was unable to pay today (Wednesday). Now I will take off two days from work, loose two days pay. Do you really think after losing two days pay I will even bother to pay the weeks tuition AT ALL - NO?! If they would of allowed me until Friday to pay, they would of got their money, I wouldn’t of missed work AND we would both be happy. But now la petit has lost this weeks tuition AND future tuition from both my children and what could of been more money when I enrolled my third child. So let’s do the math, la petit has lost $14,040 annually by losing my business over a two day payment lapse. Maybe the director here needs some lessons in business management? I’m sure they’ll find other children to fill the spots but they’ve still lost money and gained a bad review. Hopefully the right person sees this and changes the policy. I’ll make sure to reach other to other parents and let them know that I’ve withdrawn my children and what new daycare I’ll be choosing because I KNOW I’m not the only parent with this issue. And also, the red bold and highlighted signs posted on your door about payments are tacky and ridiculous. Get real. "
"I think a 15:1 ratio is way too many children for 1 teacher. I would not consider leaving if it was 5:1"

"I have been very impressed with the love and attention paid to my child at the school. I know she is in good hands while she is there. She loves all her teachers and her playing with the other kids. I have also been impressed with the teachers knowledge of developmental milestones and behavior management techniques. They are clearly well trained."
