"I have not had the experience I hoped for in a day care center for my child. The teachers do not come across as warm and genuine as one would expect and I feel as though we are treated as another pay check rather then apart of a “family”."

"We absolutely loved this school when we first started attending. Things kept at a good pace until Maria left unexpectedly. Once she left everything changed about the school. The safety of my child was a major concern, the management teams communication was faulty and the level of confidence in the new director is next to nothing now. Sarah is a very nice person but she’s not very good at her job. I am looking forward to removing my child from this school once VPK is over and not turning back and considering this school again. I’ve lost all motivation to keep my child in this school. And quite honestly, I’ve spoken to other parents and they feel the same way."

"I have had the best experience with this location of the school despite a lot of people’s review on it when they found out I enrolled my daughter there. The staff couldn’t be anymore friendlier, caring, & understanding with the parents! Me being a 1st time mom was paranoid for the first 2 months because i didn’t know if I made the right decision for my daughter. Now I literally want to take the infant room staff home with me that’s how amazing they are! The director and her staff are amazing they also take the time out to greet and chat with the parents as they come in and out of the school. Love Le Petite ❤️"

"I loved the tour. The director was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions and address my concerns. We toured the facility and I was impressed by the level of caring that was showed. The facility was clean, the children looked happy and the rest of the staff was nice. I definitely am thinking of enrolling my son. I still have some other daycares to tour and probably the only thing from keeping me from picking this daycare is that they won’t have a spot until April/may and I might need something sooner. The only two things that would have knocked it out of the park for me was if as a parent we were able to see our kids on camera through the app. But not a deal breaker since they have cameras in every classroom so at least it’s still being recorded. Also, if the playground had something other than mulch like the rubber mulch or artificial grass. Overall would recommend to tour the facility and possibly enroll."

"Good until the director left and then the next one left shortly thereafter and than it took a long time to fill the role. Several teachers that I thought were incredibly valuable left the school during all these transitions. The school hasn’t been the same since - not as warm and friendly and caring."

The teachers are loving and nurturing and I feel comfortable in saying that the teachers are very much involved in the kids’ education and learning process. This is an excellent school and I hope the group of people that work at the school at this time, stay the same because I feel they are all caring and loving to the children."

"All of the staff are friendly and welcoming- I like the security of the location. I am not familiar with the meals offered to the children but my child has never been a great eater anyways so it is not a huge concern. If the inside of the building can be renovated to match the quality of care provided, I think this would boost up the school in terms of business and reputation."

"I am very disappointed on how the school has changed. There isn't any structure. The kids run around everywhere and there are toys thrown all over the floor. That becomes a safety issue. Let alone there has been a lice issue since the summer time that is still not resolved! This place needs to do a better job at cleaning."

"I have had no issues until the recent change of leadership. Communication is lacking greatly. We have been told Maria is out temporarily (after figuring it out ourselves first), but not given a plan of who is in charge, who will be working the front, or when if at all Maria will return. Parents should have been notified next day of Maria's leave, not a week later. We should be given updates every 2 to 4 weeks. Is she coming back? Who is in charge while she is out? When will she return? Is she going to return? What is the plan of she does not return? How does this impact staffing of classrooms?"

"As of right now I have an infant (shes 3months old) the newborn/infant room is perfect the way its being ran by the teachers/caretakers. I am very pleased with them especially Migdalia Santiago at the Mapledale location in tampa. She is absolutely amazing with my daughter and the rest of the kids in the room. I love her caring and loving with all the children. My daughter at 3 months old loves her and looks forward to seeing her every morning at time of drop off!"

"Over all I have had a good experience. I cant say enough about the director Ms. MARIA. She is so understanding and has a natural care for early learning of children. She has maintained the school the best she can dealing with the churn rate with teachers and also the departure of her assistant ( Ms. Veronica) who also was awesome. The school staff who I have interactred with have all have shown care for my daughter."

"Maria is outstanding and we couldn't be happier with Ms Andrea. Just the constant communication and the fact that my son would rather stay and how excited he is when we pull in just reassures me we made a good decision. He'll even ask on the weekends if the day care is open. While he loves being home too, he's really happy and that makes us happy. The day care prior to this enrollment was just disappointing from our expectations and when we came here the team went above and beyond. We pay a little more but it's true you pay for what you get. Thank you for your continued commitment to the kids and families."
