"Management is ok. Can use some improvement. Communication needs to improve. Talking to the teacher in the morning was kind of an awkward conversation. A feeling like she didn’t want to be there. There’s usually no one there at the front if having any questions. Seemed like the care was short staffed. Morning teachers need to talk to the afternoon teachers so us parents can now whats going on. There’s been a few times where my child came home with a few unknown marks. I would asknand no one would know anything. my daughter is three so her saying something happened to her is kind of concerning but kids say the darnest things. A little clarity would be nice. The app for the school is the best thing to it. Without that app i probably would have had lower ratings."

"I chose this school because of the atmosphere as well as the director Ms. Melinda. The brightwheel app is a way to stay in tune with your childs day, even when you're not there. This was my sons first school setting and I am more than comfortable with La Petite. They make the decision easier than normal. My son has always been with family and smaller children within the family. He feels comfortable with his teacher Ms. Tammy, he wouldn't even let her change his pull-up when he first started! He is now in underwear, in less than a month. They have helped with social skills as well as preparing him for the next phase in his education."

Outside of some small communication issues with the teachers, which I try my best to be understanding of but as a parent it can be frustrating sometimes to not fully understand what happened during an accident or incident between two students. Our sons teachers are always friendly and smiling! We appreicate the big good mornings and good byes. I also wish to compliment both the director and co-director who are always so welcoming and helpful, you can tell they love thier jobs and the kids they work with. Its very comforting as a parent to see that those who are managing the school are so passionate about what they do. Id also like to compliment Ms. Cathy in the infants room who takes care of the 1-2 year olds early in the morning, she is amazing in handling my son who is not only not a morning person but does not like to be left at school. Ms. Cathy handles my son with compassion and love, we appreciate that so much!I understand your jobs can be demanding and stressful but I appreciate the opportunity to give feedback and let you all know how much our family appreciates all that you offer our child! "Prior directorship and teaching staff were amazing and the reason I enrolled my child. The new director and constant changing of staff in addition to the poor English speaking skills of many teachers have lead to my decision to remove my child from this facility. Many unaddressed concerns and overall dissatisfaction with the quality of care and cleanliness of the school are major favors as well."
