"I would appreciate you asking about the covid changes and how that’s affected us. Our school decided to open for an extra half hour with their limited hours but it seems that parents are sticking with the pickup times from covid hours so we see our children being the last ones there regularly. It would have been nice for them to ask parents if the extended half hour would have been better for opening or closing. Given we all have had to delay our work days due to the late opening, I’d imagine many parents would prefer an earlier open versus later closing time. Also, I would like a conference for my children. I was told about a year ago that they offer them only when we request now (even pre covid) which was very unfortunate to hear. A couple years ago, they did regular ones 2-3 times a year that we signed up for slots and that worked great and gave us that opportunity without feeling like an imposition for the teachers."
