The teachers are so companionate, they helped me through the difficult transition of returning to work after having my baby. I couldn't imagine my kids going anywhere else. Maureen runs everything so well and clearly knows what to look for when hiring excellent teachers!"

"I thought the enrichment programs offered to all students added valuable experiences at a reasonable rate. This facility also offers several extra curricular programs. I was delighted with the focus on health and quality foods. The staff are continuously seeking to improve programming and nutrition. I loved observing the rooms and happily noted children washing their hands after returning from the playground. I am a newly licensed foster parent and feel that director, staff and parent company are very aware of the issues facing foster parents and children in care. I feel that my foster child will receive the care and support they need to feel safe, loved and reach their full potential. It appears to be a well-run program and facility with reasonable prices for the area. I appreciate the staff time spent orienting me to La Petite."

"Part 4: She finally relented to giving us more time to work things out and said that he could attend the next day.Around 9 pm, she called back.She had talked with Maureen, who said that I had seen the plan, but refused to sign and refused to talk to her about it.I was livid.It was obvious to me that Maureen was lying to cover herself at this point.The DM said that she didn't feel comfortable allowing him to come back until we had all sat down and discussed it.I told her that if I had to call my boss at 9 pm to tell him that I had to take the next day off after she had already told us he could go, that we were done.She obviously didn't care.In conclusion: I understand that the school needs to keep the other children safe.We've been on the receiving end of another child acting out and I simply instructed mine to stay away from that kid.However, when a family has been with your company for 9 years, paid the ridiculously over-priced tuition, and the child has previously not had behavior problems, I would think you'd want to help the family.I realize that they are, in fact, just a daycare, but I've always treated them as if they were a school.I don't know why they don't have a better policy in place, because I know it isn't the first time they've had problems with a child's behavior.I am supremely disappointed with the way it was handled."
