"When we first enrolled we loved that the director at the time was firm but very family oriented and great at hiring good teachers, maintaining great standards of health and safety, and was always quick to help anyone who needed the extra time or attention. Things have greatly changed under new management. Little to no communication is sent out to parents. Staffing seems as unapproachable as the director. It feels like people are just doing the bare minimum and not putting in any extra efforts to keep the parents or children happy. If issues come up they are either ignored or brushed aside."
