"We had a rough start last year when we began at La Petite. We felt communication was minimal and the care wasn't the best. However, since school director Celeste has started, and a few new teachers -Ms. Katy and Ms. Mercedes in particular, we have seen a complete turn-around. We receive warm welcomes, great updates, stories and pictures throughout the day and at pick-up. We are very happy with the level of care, attention, and education our son is receiving now. It's very hard being away from our child during the day but Ms. Katy has made our lives so much easier. We love getting her updates and occasional picture/video on Brightwheel. I love hearing Celeste's funny stories about Luke when I pick him up at night. One last thing, when we leave at night occasionally we'll walk past another teacher in the school and she'll say good bye to my son using his name! Although my son has likely not been in her care, I'm happy to know she knows his name -it makes it feel like a family atmosphere which also makes me happy my son is attending La Petite."

"This is the worst daycare program I have ever encountered. Children are not nurtured here, there are accidents due to negligent staff, and the facility is overall unsanitary. My child has been here for 3 months and still doesn't have a cubby like the other children because the director left shortly before we started and they still haven't figured out how to pick up the slack in her absence. This facility would better serve as a zoo."

"I am completely disappointed by the staff other than a few in the building.The lack of communication from the corporate office to parents is unacceptable. My daughter made great friends and enjoyed some of the teachers but overall we are not happy . We will be leaving for Kindergarten soon."

"We have had several good years at La Petite. The staff is always caring and helpful. Unfortunately my youngest son doesn't have a reliable teacher in his room. Without a reliable teacher, curriculum cannot be implemented. We have paid a premium tuition to attend La Petite as, and cannot accept sub-standard education."

We are experiencing high teacher turn over, poor communication from the school's administration and the recent withdrawal of transportation services for our child to/from school. Our children have been enrolled at La Petite for over 3 years and this facility is in obvious decline."

"I feel like we are getting the bare minimum from our child’s teachers. I was expecting more educational activities and lesson plans. We get very little communication from teachers even though we are asking questions at pick up. We were promised pics through the app on our child’s first day and we never got any. I was a team lead for an infant unit a few years ago at a daycare and comparatively, La Petite’s infant unit does far fewer educational activities, is way less engaged with the parents, and hasn’t shown much affection towards my child. We had a higher child ratio and the price was about the same. I know my child is being fed, changed, and sleeps throughout the day in a safe setting but other than that I don’t know what else he does during the day. We’d love to see an update each day on the app that shows what he’s up to - being read to, playing, etc. This would take a few mins max. A bi-weekly newsletter with a few pics and activities emailed would be even better (20 mins max)."

"Teachers are friendly however it is more of an assembly line feel here than individualized. The price is in the upper quadrant for the value of care."
