"We have enjoyed the school. My son comes home with lots of information and stories to tell us about his day. He seems engaged and happy when I see him. I feel like his teachers Ms. Sam and Ms. Michell are caring and always helping him advance. I wish it didn't cost so much for all the activities, it feels like I am constantly being charged for something extra."

"It would be nice to see the school receive a makeover or at least a complete clean treatment. Sometimes when I pick up later I see my kids teachers rushing with the vacuum or running out the door with garbage. I don’t understand why I see them having to do that when they’ve already been cleaning up after the kids all day — I feel like they are forced to do it and do it fast. I’ve also noticed the directors talking to my kids teachers and they just don’t honestly seem happy or supportive. I’m sure they both are busy but two people handling 15-20 kids is a lot and ignoring or acting like they’re requests are not important doesn’t seem right. Overall all the teachers and directors are nice and friendly to the parents including myself. They all listen and seem to care about the families in the daycare."

As a parent, it's nice to know I leave my child with people that I trust who also educate him that get him ready for grade school. "The entire ebvironment is warm and welcoming. The open-concept makes it easy to get to know the teachers as well as meet the different parents. I love how easy going and open the teachers are too. I always feel comfortable whenever I have a concern. Not to mention how confident I am in my child's capabilities. Everyone in the office is also very approachable and it's nice to see them always smiling and joking together -- versus always being so serious and work-focused. It's comforting to see that the staff and management have a love for what they do and show it through their actions and interactions with not just the children but the parents too."

"Upon entering there was a whiff of smell. The smell of diapers,**** and spit up. It went on throughout the 'hall' as I would call it. (It was an open concept school with no designated classrooms). Over all it was messy. The rugs the children were supposed to play were dirty. The stuffed animals were dirty. It was not very clean over all. They did not offer hormone free milk. Their food was 'prepared' in the kitchen facility , which upon enquiring was frozen fresh. I wasn't satisfied by the quality of food to be given to my child. We eat clean. The snacks that a class got were a cookie or two each, and two cubes of chocolate ? With the tuition fee being the highest in the area, i would expect better food. I couldn't wait to get out of there because of the smell and the over all mess."

"Cute school, nice caregivers. But the school really needs a good cleaning by a professional. The corner of the floors, the toys are not clean as they should be. It wasn't filthy, but it did make me choose another school."

"My family and I are always greeted warmly and sincerely. The teachers are always happy and really take an interest in their students and families: they remember the details! Since infancy, I've watched my child grow and learn and become an independent child with the help of the teachers. There were some days he came home using the scientific terms to name his body parts -- and he's only 3! I love the teacher's commitment to the curriculum to keep the children engaged and always excited to learn. I receive daily communication AND pictures. It's so reassuring to know my child is being cared for as well as educated by such nurturing teachers. Even the teachers I'm not too familiar with take the time to say 'hi' or ask how we're doing. Some might observed the rooms as messy, but quite honestly, that just shows me the children are all busy and engaged. There's nothing better than a school with happy children and teachers. And that's all right here!"
