"When my child first started it was a very positive experience because he was about 1.5 years and in a class with a lower ratio. He seemed to mostly enjoy his time there. When he was switched to the 2 year old class we started noticing some safety issues, especially in regards to my child coming home with scrapes, bruises and bite marks that I had not received incident reports for. The ratio in the class was entirely to high especially for 2 year olds where half of the class was potty training. The teachers were doing their best I believe but I did not feel that it was a good environment for my child and ultimately had to find another childcare provider."
