They are quick to respond to any of our communications/questions. Our children are excited to attend each morning; this says a lot about the care they receive."

"I love La Petite. The teachers are so warm and kind, I am at ease knowing they are taking care of my child while I'm away. My child always has something to share about the fun they had at the school. She's having way more fun then she would at home with me! :p"

"LPA has been very flexible and accommodating with my schedule. I have loved getting to know the staff that have been consistent over the last five plus years. I think sometimes it is hard to know who your childs teacher is because there is a fair amount of staff turnover. I would like to see an email or brighwheel message with the name and picture of the childs/classroom teacher whenever it changes. I would really appreciate this. I feel like in the school age classroom, electronics are being used too much. I don't know if it is just that the kids are allowed to use electronics at the end of the day everyday, but the majority of the time when I pick up my school age children they are using some kind of electronics. I would also suggest a more nutritious snack than some form of cracker for most of the snacks. I think the lunches have been good and are exposing kids to many different types of foods. We have been at LPA for quite a while and appreciate their friendliness, professionalism, and care for our kids."

"The Academy has been an amazing experience for my baby. She absolutely loves it. I've never seen her upset or unhappy when I drop her off and pick her up. The director, assistant director and ALL the teachers at the Academy are AWESOME!!! They are caring and excited to hang out with and teach my baby everyday. I couldn't ask for a better group of people to raise my baby each day while I'm at work."

But since returning, turn over has been high and Kortney as the Assistant Director comes across a bit power trippy at times. We still like it here and we love Miss Rose. Just wish it was more stable like it used to be."

"On my daughters first day Miss Rose asked her for a hug and if she would spend time with her throughout the day. I appreciate when teachers are able to nurture the children rather than hurt them. My daughter has had trauma unfortunately, So she takes things a little more sensitive than others me. Not making excuses for my child being mocked."

Teachers are good listeners, we can talk to them about our concerns and they always try their best to attend to our requests.The only thing that gross us out is that sometimes we see most of the infants running around with a bad running nose. I guess the teachers don't clean their faces that often - I think they should."
