"Awful!!! This location is the most unprofessional I have ever seen! The director is terrible. The teachers scream at the children daily from the second they walk through the door in the morning. The toddlers are unsupervised and then when they are they put blame by taking videos. The infant room is unorganized and unfriendly at all times. Ms. Shanna is not nice and does not give a warm greeting, but Ms. Yolanda and Ms. Aixa are normally very friendly. This location does not communicate well at all since the Ms. Laura left. I wish that the teachers at this location would be trained as professionals and how to deal with the multiple behaviors they see daily. My daughter is not learning her alphabet which is extremely important. So I wonder what exactly we are paying for if my daughter isn’t learning and my infant isn’t well taken care of."

"When my son first started here I loved it. The teachers are wonderful and the Nursery staff are Phenominal. But the office staff is not understanding at all. They work with you for a very small time and then tell you they are no longer going to work with you. Even when you explain a situation to them, its very frustrating to know you spend so much money on childcare for them to not work with you."

"The teachers do not see to care about the kids. They are only there for the paycheck. A teacher actually told me she hated working with kids. I’ve seen no advancement in his curriculum at knowledge that I have not taught him myself."
