"Overall staff is friendly but i think they have too many children per caregiver, children's faces and hands are always dirty. Building is too small. Parking can be challenging to get in and out."
"My little girl goes to this day care sent she's was 6months old and she's about two in a half already it's a great daycare my son gone to this daycare and through many other daycares but this one is very professional and they love the children I'm very grateful for the la petite academy. "Well, Carrie the director seem to know what she's doing, but she can't monitor her staff 24/7 and those staff needs monitoring. The staff are unprofessional and when asked regarding my child, they answer with a question; where's my child's bags?, staff answers I don't know. You didn't see it? Another classic one is where's my child? staff answers I don't know. Didn't you see him on way here? Maybe he's in another class"

"We love that the teachers and directors are very friendly and we can come to them with concerns. Sometimes the kids are a little dirty but to my understanding with some of the older kids, they are taught to be a little more independent and clean themselves. At times I have heard a teacher yell at a child and I have also witnessed children hitting, screaming at and kicking teachers where the teacher has handled themselves very well given the situation. We have had no issues and our middle child is learning how to be more independent and our kids are advancing very well. I absolutely love the staff and Ms. Melanie and Ms. Dee are amazing with my kids, I love them! "
"I don't understand what's up with these other reviews, but I'm sure your kids have not been here long enough to understand what goes on here. My first problem is the the directors and their inability to at least make an effort to be nice. I've literally walked in to kids crying and all they get in return from the "teachers " is someone yelling for them to be quiet. And I put teachers in quotes because none of them are actually certified to be a lead teacher. These poor kids are crammed into small classrooms with not enough "teachers" to go around. I've noticed that licensing is there quite often. I've walked into the front were the ladies were talking about personal business and about how bad the employees are. After that I took my children out. They leave babies crying in cribs, the kids are left dirty from the morning till time of pick up. My app updates are not kept update. My child has actually told me that they are not allowed to have water while outside. I'm glad I've token my children out and I have them now with a family member, which I should've done from the start. Take your chances putting your kids here but this was what I observed and I'm very unhappy with this chain of daycares especially with la petite of Marbach. And I will never recommend this place. It has ruined my whole view of daycares in general."

"like i said before , its not ok for the teachers to scream at the kids, Is it so hard to give them love and care everyminute. It hurts my heart to see that they just leave the kids cry . Its not right to scream to a kid if he just wants his blanket or wants something to eat. ( I came in one day and one of the ladys that take care of the kids next door from my child, was with the frebreze spraying in the kids heads and all the area where they were. some where crying. I dont want to make a problem because i know maybe they can do something to my child and thats when im not going to stop and then I will say something about it!"
