"We have some ups and downs. Staff is friendly, personable and incredibly caring to all kids. My kids are happy and feel loved by their teachers, which is most important. Main concerns are: 1. Front door safety - during morning dropoffs there is almost never a staff member present in the front lobby. This is deeply concerning as most school-related incidents occur during transition periods, especially in the morning when schools are most vulnerable. Additionally, doors don't appear to be up to public school standards regarding safety for lockdown as I don't see a way to lock doors from inside the facility and we have never received any material regarding staff training or preparedness for such incidents. It is scary - but this is the reality of schools today. 2. There have been so many teacher changes that I am concerned about the stability at times and what the changes say about staff morale and buy-in. Staffing changes are often complex but with so many changes (4+ staff leaving) it is concerning that there is a larger issue that is not entirely clear to parents. 3. Finally, it is not always clear what my children are learning and what that progress looks like on a regular basis. How do I know they are at age level or better? Where is the data or student work examples, etc. We get papers with artwork but rarely anything with letter practice, numbers, early math, etc. On a weekly basis, all I am able to see is what pictures are posted on the app."

"This school has been great up until about 4-5 months ago. The education, and staffing has been great and my older daughter has truly learned a lot. This place has become our 2nd family, but recently staffing has been terrible. Teachers keep quitting and there are no replacements. You can feel the mood when you walk in about the staff looks stressed out constantly. I know my children are in a safe environment, but if there was the correct number of staff members it would probably be a better environment for kids and employees."

"The turnover is high and teacher to children ratio seems very low. There are several time we go to drop off or pick up and there are not enough teachers per class. That is my biggest concern and do not feel comfortable about it. Mostly in the 3's class and Pre k classes."

"While the staff seamed very warm and kind, the facility seems outdated. The walls look like they need to be painted, curtains are old, it doesn't have that fresh smell. It's too loud and open, I have no issues focusing and I could hardly focus during the tour due to the openness of the layout. The tour guide was very helpful and friendly. When I brought up the concern about noise she said that when the kids are in their own classroom areas that all of the noise cancels each other out. She also said that the open style classroom makes it easier to communicate with the staff. I see no benefit to the openness for the children, it seems like it's just for convenience of the staff. She said it's not for everybody while I understand she was trying to defend the facility I felt like this was not a great excuse for why it is so open and loud. My other concern was the outside play areas. Many playgrounds do not use bark anymore. There was no shade and structures are outdated."
