"Overall, I felt the school was disorganized. It seemed that the teachers did not have a handle on their classes, perhaps because the class size is too large. While taking the tour, a 3 year old was hitting me, and even smacked my **** - there was no action taken to this. I had to tell the child to stop. While it's great you offer part time options, if I were to enroll my child full time, it is about $40 per week more than your competition in the area, that is crazy. I could see if the class size was smaller, or had more to offer, but from what I could tell, it was chaos."

"Rarely communicate with teachers; there is no progress report sent home daily or weekly. Homework is sporadic instead of consistent. Breakfast times are sporadic and inconsistent. I was told 8:30, i have arrived at 8:15 and the children are already eating. I was told pick up at 12:30 often I arrive before then and some of the kids are preparing for naps and the others sitting at a table waiting for their pick up."
"Overall my experience has been pretty good or I wouldn't still be sending my children here. Certain things could stand to be improved but those things don't really involve the well being of my children....just my own personal preferences."

"Assistant director was extremely pleasant. She was great. The person who called me to follow up upset me even more. She called me 3 days after my tour and said thank you for visiting us this morning.... 3 days later. She didn't even know when I had visited or remembered my child's name during the call. She didn't even realize I wasn't interested in enrolling for a few months and told me there is someone interested in my spot as if I didn't take it someone else was. That's perfectly fine with me, since I've been in sales I can understand.... howver, she rushed the call and made it even worse for me. Sadly I won't be taking my child there. I don't feel I as a parent would get the security I need. The baseboards need to be repainted, badly."

"In the beginning this school was what I thought was the best for my child....I received daily updates, the teachers always had stories to tell me and sometimes would be walking around with my child when I came to pick him up when he was a baby. I was impressed but how much they cared about him and about any concerns I had. After that director left things did get a little rocky for a while with teachers and directors BOTH in and out quite frequently and not a lot of consistency for the kids. Luckily this seems to be over and things seem to be improving. I love the new precious status updates I get all day long at work so I don't have to ask much when I pick them up since it has been communicated to me already. I plan on keeping my children here until they are school age or old enough to not go to daycare at all."

"When ms. Debbie was the director, the school was awesome. All the teachers were great and she really listened to what the parents had to say. The biggest mistake was moving her from this school to another one. Since then management has been horrible and all the good teachers have left. Leaving the new management to her unexperienced people who have no patience. I would not recommend this school to anyone I know. I have been incredible unsatisified since ms Debbie left. Only thing that kept us here this long was my child teacher ms. Dorthey. Once management took her out of the class and didn't listen to my concerns about the new teacher, I started looking for a new child care facility."
