"I love that my girl is always welcomed and feels safe at school. Issues with a bully were immediately handled, this was the cleanest facility I saw during my tours before signing up and though the $200/week is expensive and equals that of my mortgage every month, it is the best price in the area. I am very disappointed, however, that after spending over $800/ month my daughter is ill prepared for Kindergarten and has no clue when it comes to her numbers and alphabet. I am very concerned about her placement test to be taken at the end of this month. We are trying to cram all this learning into her head in a month were I strongly feel as thought this should have been one of the main focuses during the last year of her being in Pre K. She has gone to this school for over a year and a half and doesn't know her ABCs and cannot differ between a number and a letter when we go through our flash cards."

"The staff has always been amazing. Our daughter has gone through several teachers since she has been there, and there has only ever been one we were too fond of. However, all of the staff makes a point to know my daughter and talk to her when she goes by. They make her smile, and she never has an issue when we leave in the morning. It makes us feel like she in comfortable and we dont have to worry about leaving her in the care of someone else. The Management staff is also spectacular. Ms. Amy has always gone above and beyond for my child. We just got a new Director at the school, so I did not feel comfortable answering questions about her, but so far she seems very attentive and helpful!"

I just am unhappy with the inconsistency of day to day operations and communication. It seems like we have to ask several times for things to happen. Lately he comes home in very dirty clothes (food) which is confusing since he is sent with a bib as well as changes of clothes"
