"I am very happy with La Petite Academy at Redmond. Since my baby is only 2 year old, my primary concern was are the teachers loving, caring and nurturing? I've toured several daycare facilities including a few Bright Horizon in Bellevue and Redmond area, somehow the staff and the atmosphere at La Petite Academy really spoke to us. Our girl really loves her lead teacher Ms. Laurel, and it made a huge difference having a teacher she trusts so much. The director Ms. Matty and front desk manager Ms. Susanna are also amazing. At this age, I am not at all concerned about curriculum, just want her to be happy, confidently exploring the world in a safe and supportive environment. I would love to see that the school can have assistant teacher in each class be permanent, so when the lead teacher takes a break there is continuity. It is amazing that La Petite Academy Redmond can provide such quality child care with a much more competitive price than alternative franchised daycare centers. Highly recommended!"

"I have generally found the staff to be engaging and caring with my children. The high turnover in staff has been troubling at times, but I understand that this is a part of child care. My biggest complaint is regarding inconsistent communication about major changes in cost and care. We are sometimes informed about what to expect when our child changes rooms and sometimes receive little notification. We sometimes receive notification about tuition increases, but have also had this increase added with no prior notification. We also increasingly find the cost prohibitive, and in comparing La Petite to other local preschools we can get the same level of care for hundreds less each month. Again, we have been happy with the care and that is what has kept us with La Petite for so long, but we can't keep up with the tuition increases."
