The kids really seem to connect with her and enjoy her company. The facility is clean, organized, and comfortable. We’re so happy we chose La Petite!"

"Overall we enjoy the atmosphere and are satisfied with staff. Sometimes the amount of paperwork seems excessive. Ex: diaper cream. We've filled out paperwork at least three times for diaper cream. I wish the Brightstar app was more customizable/had more features. For instance, the check in and out feature is unfortunately not used and sometimes the only way I know my infant is still at daycare is because I saw a bottle was just given on the app- having the option to have the parent check in or out the child on the BrightStar app would be nice. I wish the app would state bottle wastage or do a running total of oz taken in throughout the day- instead the calculated oz total is available the next day. I think having live streaming video footage available would be nice- like some other daycares are providing. It helps put me at ease to be able to see that my baby is doing just fine. Sometimes my numbered bottles are given out of order, but that issue seems to have resolved."
