"Not good. Initially we were very satisfied. Now they have a new director and a lot of new teachers that quite frankly do not seem qualified nor interested in taking care of the children they way they need to be looked after. Over the course of the year we have seen so many teachers come and go it's ridiculous. We feel as though you are getting paid to look after people children and if cant do that or you don't like your job then you shouldn't be there."

"Over the last year, the experience with this school has not been the best. One of the best directors I have worked with was Joyce, who was basically forced out and ultimately replaced by Melissa, who I felt strongly did not like my grandson, and I told her as much. She also was targeting him by not providing suggested solutions to some of his behavior problems. The experience I had with her in preparing a Behavior Intervention Plan was laughable and also emotional. When the director, Joyce returned from a medical leave and saw the plan she was not pleased. She did re-write it with my input, as I had told Melissa, who was Asst. Director then, there were no real interventions provided, only punitive consequences that caused all of us distress. The school, its staff, and the condition and overall daily functioning was reduced to unacceptable to me because of a lack of guidance I felt was occurring because of director Melissa. I seriously considered taking my grandson out, but have stuck it out. Since he does only B/A school care, I felt it was o.k. I will be interested in seeing how it goes this summer when he is there full time again. I am hoping the new director, Angela will greatly improve what was once a top-notch facility. (Please do not post this for the staff at 7139 to see...for surveyors' eyes only, please.)"

"Main concerns are overall price and the high personnel turnover. I am not willing to spend over $400 a week for constant turnover."

"My experience with the daycare has been great. I am happy that Melissa received the directors position. I pray Erica gets the assistant position they work well side by side. "I love this place! Teachers are very interactive with my child and me. The app they offer is my favorite! I know exactly what my child is doing at any given part of the day when there. They also take into account what I would like my child to eat (since he is less than a year). I love it here!"
