"For the most part teachers are friendly. The is one elder teacher who is very nasty with the kids my wife and I are in agreement that she should not be working with kids . If our daughter is in her class next year we will have to another daycare. Yes one bad apple is enough when it come to the safety of our kids."

"I love how clean they are but the curriculum is not at least what I expected. No communication from the teacher unless there’s a meeting which is almost never. I have no idea what my child has learned during the week, no paper work explain the parents what the children will be focusing on that week. This is a big issue and needs to be communicated as soon as possible because there are parents like myself that are interested in what my child is learning so I can proceed at home."

" My daughters first week went well, then her second week she was out sick the entire week. The 3rd week (day7 of enrollment) I received a notice on the brightwheel app that a new meal posted for my daughter which listed that she had Pears for lunch (my daughter is allergic and all of her paperwork disclosed her allergies as well as a verbal confirmation with the director).. when I went to pick my daughter up that day I asked the director why my daughter was given pears and she told me they did not give her pears, she claimed that the message on brightwheel was a “blanket message” and they mistakenly Listed pears on brightwheel.. So I believe them and went home only later to find hives had broken out on my daughters back and the next morning she was covered in diarrhea.. which only happens when she eats pears. The next morning I went there to pick up her things and let them know that I’m Withdrawing her from the academy, The director was still denying all liability and was basically making it sound like it wasn’t a big deal, stating that they had epi-pens on Site and that “kids are kids” and sometimes they get ahold of things they’re not supposed to have, and questioning me that maybe it’s something I FED HER?!?.. very unprofessional. First they give her pears, 2nd they lied to me about it instead of allowing me the opertunity to give her the appropriate medical attention, 3rd when I went to pick up her things they tried to blame ME?!?! This was my daughters first time in daycare and she only lasted 7 days..... because of this experience I no longer trust yours, nor any other facility with my daughters well being. "
