"Wow. This place is super disgusting. I Walked in and in the lobby there were papers all over the place, a disorganized mess. The outdoor play area was run down. I wouldn't send my child here if it was the last place on earth. Very disappointing for the Port Orange community. I am surprised they haven't been shut down. I didn't even take my scheduled tour, I walked out."

"I feel like they are doing the best they can under the circumstances. They (director and asst director) are doing a good job of getting the right teachers in the right places. I feel they genuinely care about my kids and want to provide a safe, fun and learning environment. They have been so short-staffed since covid started and massive turnover but I feel like they are moving in the right direction. It's hard to keep good teacher when the qualifications and standards are high (as they should be) but the pay is too low. They truly deserve more. Early childhood education is VITAL and our teachers need to be paid more."

"Our experience has been very positive! We have no complaints. Unfortunately my kids started during the pandemic so we have never gotten to experience going into the school for pickup/drop off, and we’ve never met one of my daughter’s teachers face to face, which is disappointing but not the school’s fault at all. We generally don’t have any complaints."

"Overall, I have been very impressed and satisfied with this school. Unfortunately we cannot see the staff interact with our children anymore, which makes me feel uneasy. Before when I would bring my daughter directly to her classroom, I had the opportunity to lay eyes on the environment for cleanliness and safety and then I was able to watch staff interact with other kids, including my own. Now, I drop off/pick up outside of the building (due to covid) so it's an uneasy feeling at times that none of us parents can double check that the staff are interacting with our kids appropriately. I do appreciate all the efforts they are making and I understand that these are new times. I appreciate the opportunity to give my thoughts as well."
