"Do Not Use This Facility!! LA petite Academy of Pensacola has never resolved an issue with care, finesse, or professionalism. Fed my child their allergen on one occasion (clearly filed for 3 weeks), couldn't accurately report facial bruising on another occasion, my potty trained toddler is always wetting his pants but does exceptionally well at home where I ask him every 1.5-2 hours. There is a lack of supervision from staff, and a lack of competency from directors. Even the corporate office wouldn't forward communications with me in email because and I quote the district manager I will not put this in writing (when I asked if she could forward our phone conversation to my email for my records that I followed up with them). There have been numerous incidences where I have expressed my concern for my child's safety and the safety and well being of all the children. I am leaving names of staff out of this review for their privacy. Do Not Use La Petite of Pensacola."

"They are really caring and responsive. This field typically has a lot of turnover due to low wages. Despite that we have been fortunate to have some great caregivers taking care of our sweet boy. He has been bitten a lot, but they developed an action plan to resolve it, and it has helped."
