"When we first enrolled - we loved it. Felt that we had a great relationship with the teachers, knew what was going on with our child’s curriculum, our child came home with great strides in learning. With the large turnover that occurred a lot has changed. We don’t know the staff as well and feel that when we pick up to ask how the day has gone they don’t know as there is a lot of shuffling that occurs to stay in ratio. We don’t get the same kind of updates as before and though the staff is always professional and courteous we don’t feel as connected with them. Has been a real struggle and the decision to stay or leave weighs heavily on us."

The staff seem happy to be there with the kids and they talk to them. The number of activities my toddler experiences on a daily basis is wonderful. They keep busy. "In general, we have been very impressed with the teachers and their willingness to stick through a very tough time after the major staff turnover. It is clear the teachers care most about our kids and that is evident every day. Victoria, Shelly, Tabitha, Annette, Cassidy, and Yvonne are the main reasons we continue to stay at the school. The teachers should be recognized by the school (corporate) as the front-line leaders in our children's growth and development. The teachers should be supported by management/corporate and provided the tools they need to help our kids be successful. Prior to the major staff turnover, communication and level of care was outstanding. We are eager to get back to that level of quality in management. The concerns about safety when classrooms are combined remains and I am not sure if anything can/will be done about it, though I am still hopeful."

"Sarah seems to be gone often. I have a much more succesful time dealing with the 2 other managers, Kelley and Victoria. Sometimes Sarah just tells me what I want to hear, but there’s no follow up. It has been a very unpleasant experience. When we first started the door code changed and there was no one up front to let us in. Later to find out both Kelly and Victoria were in classrooms. They are always in a classroom. The staff seems unhappy and there is high turnover."

"Everyone at the school is friendly. I never worry if a different teacher is in my daughter's room. They are great at communicating when she needs more diapers or if she's not having a good day. They place a high priority on safety and cleanliness, which is important with an infant. And even though my daughter is only a few months old, they have activities for her to do to help her develop. She's become a very social and curious baby since she started coming to La Petite."

"We love this school so much. While it's convenient to our home, we stay primarily because of the teachers and staff. Everyone is so friendly and they feel like extensions of our family. We can't say enough about Diljeet, Callyn, Ashlee, Annette and Megan. But even more, everyone there is amazing, from the directors, down to the 'luncher'. =) Everyone always offers a helping hand, helps us track down our kiddos and always has a smile on their face. It makes my day so much brighter and I truly look forward to drop off/pick up every day. Thank you for all you do, and keep up the amazing work!"
