"We need reserved parking in front of the school. Something that says “La Petite Parking Only.” In that afternoons it is hard to find parking and people who utilize the gym need to actually park in front of the gym. It is difficult to carry multiple car seats and bags and hold children’s hands across the busy parking lot."

"This location did not know where my grandson at some point of the end of the day, we felt uneasy because they should never not know where a 4-year-old child is under their care. It was then as my daughter was asking how the day went that my grandson proceeds to say outside, sit down, my ear and teacher. My daughter examined him and finds he has a scratch and a red ear like someone pulled his ear lobe. (BTY, was never informed by this school of any other incident with a student that day)

We returned to the school asked to speak to the Director, she indicates that she will investigate and call her later that day. When this did not happen, we asked for a meeting the next day with her findings. She was not able to provide her with any additional information and that she apologized and would not happen again. My daughter asked to see video and they did not want to show her any video. The teacher in charge didn’t recall where my grandson was and indicated that she had a large group of children to keep up with them all."

"I am incredibly unhappy with my time with La Petite on Conway and Hoffner. This is the most disorganized location that I have ever attended. When asking for pricing information I receive a response of Well...We'll get back to you. They also lack billing knowledge because every Monday we pay our dues but sometime during the week mysterious charges occur where we owe money. When asking staff for an explanation, I always receive a We'll check into it and get back to you. There is never a response or even an attempt to talk or contact us afterwards. This school needs administrators who understand their own policies and billing information and teachers that are not overworked and underappreciated by those administrators."
