"MOST of the teachers here are GREAT and I think the world of them. They certainly have patience. However, I think the director should take a hard look at those that are completely miserable with their work and find teachers that will be able to conduct the classroom much differently than the prior teacher. This applies mainly to the school-age room where they seem to have very little control of children. 4 of 5 days a week, these children are running around the room, screaming and completely ignoring the current teacher. It's sad when your child comes home and repeats what the teacher said ...I hate my job! I should just quit! That took some explaining! Nonetheless, because of a prior issue in a different classroom, I didn't feel comfortable enough to go to the director with this statement. I think she will eventually figure it out. In the meantime, I've instructed my child to use manners and listen when instructions are given - to follow the rules and be an example to others."
