"The director and assistant director are friendly and welcoming. I get a story about my child daily. The teachers welcome me, right when we walk in. My child'teacher and I have daily conversations about what my child did. I love this La Petite. When my child goes to Kindergarten, it will be a sad day for my family. We live out of the area but continue to bring our child due to the experience we get at La Petite."

"There has been a little confusion on some of the rules and what-to-do's as a newcomer. It has taken a few times for things to be explained to myself for comprehension concerning pricing and availability. There was also an issue where I paid the enrollment fee, only to have it cashed later and overdraw my checking account without a notice of doing so that late. I managed to get the fees waved merely because the check had been held onto for so long it was almost void. The app for the school is nice to have whenever there are behavioural problems that need quick addressing on what is ok or how we handle it at home. The setup with all the windows is great and I'm happy to see all the natural lighting; save for the infant room seems a tad cramped. Having the bus option has saved us for the inability to be there once school closes and it was a huge contributor to choosing the location. The 10% for siblings is a very nice bonus. The payment option online seems very upfront and easy to use."

"No daycare provider will be perfect, that I know. However, what I do know is that it speaks volumes to have your child come to school everyday with a smile, hug, and kiss for their teachers and other staff members. It is very hard to leave your child every day, but it is comforting to know that these individuals will truly treat your child like one of their own, and are equally invested in their development and overall wellbeing."

"I think the staff is very kind. However we found the facility to be older and very cramped, including the parking lot. There are too many kids for such a small building. The ratios are higher than we are comfortable with (while still being legal). This facility is bursting at the seems and I don't feel safety is their top priority. No doubt the kids are learning and having fun, I just don't feel this facility meets our requirements."
