"It was great when we started. The last year or two we constantly debate about changing because of the lack of CONSISTENCY and cost. This daycare is the most expensive in the area and my child has not had a consistent teacher. There are some really good teachers there. When my child does not have their regular teacher I don't know if they receive any curriculum. Also when there is not a regular teacher, I generally have to ask thru PreciousStatus about the basics if my child ate or even took a nap that day. When we started at the daycare 4 years ago we were always greeted when we came and left. Since the change in directors it has gotten worse. It got better a few months ago, but now it feels like it is going back again to where I can walk in & out of there and only the teacher that I drop my child off with acknowledges me. Miss Chelsea is the worst. I don't think she wants to talk to people. In the recent past it felt like I was walking into a high school in terms of attitude instead of a business. It has gotten better in the last few months. My ratings above were generally based on when things are being performed. Again there are some really good positive teachers there that treat me better than the management. I just want to see consistency in teachers, curriculum, and following policies. If you are going to charge the most for your services, then provide the best."

"We love miss Beth. Our child loves her as well. Beth has been very accommodating, sweet and had a generl care for our child. Our child was bit and we wish we would have heard directly from her teacher rather than another room. Our child had learned so much, is signing, more social and becoming confident."

"We used to love the school, people would comment on how smart and well behaved our child was in public. We have notice her learning is stop and things she used to know she has forgotten. We are working family, with school age children and we rely on good quality daycare to take care of the core learning and we will support and supplement it at home. Our other children did well at this daycare but things have changed. All the pictures on the wall is great but I am not seeing results."

"After going on several different tours this Was the most unprofessional the manager didn't come out of the office to introduce herself to potential new parents we heard staff mocking a child and the site was dirty and at the end of the tour we were handed a sticky note with pricing"
