"The staff is friendly. My granddaughter is in the 2-1 class. She has been going there for several months and I do not feel she is learning anything. In this period we have received about 5 papers that she has done in the classroom. I feel like these children should be doing something productive each day not just being babysit. I was told by Mrs B that we should receive a picture and a paper each day. I talked to The director, Melissa about this and she had excuses saying it had been a hectic week. I have also talked to them about my grand daughter being moved each afternoon to the younger class after 4. There are other children in the room that could also be moved to the younger room in the afternoon but it seems it is always the same ones. I was told my granddaughter was one of the youngest in the class but that should not matter. She is now 2 1/2 and should be moved to the 2-2 class but none of her class has been moved. We are paying more st this daycare than any we have used but yet she is not learning anything. She is well advanced for her age and knows more than others in this class. I have told her teacher and the assistant director not to move her in the afternoons but it is still happening. Employees are parking in the parking spaces in front of the daycare instead of parking out further which makes parents with children park further out. It seems the front parking spaces would be for parents with children. There are days that we o not receive updates. As usual excuses are given. As a director Melissa should make sure teachers are doing their jobs on a daily basis Is there any training for these teachers??? It seems they are hired off the street and start working. Most of them sit in a chair versus being up and being involved with the children each day. "

"I love this place. My daughter had been going since she was 1 and she is now 4. The staff are such a joy to be around and are very detailed when it comes to my daughter. I am loving the Brightwheel app that’s keeps me updated throughout the day when it comes to my daughter. I can send a text to the teacher and receive a replay within min , but no less than an hour. I love seeing the videos and photos of my sweet babygirl throughout the day and I can even add her grandparent so they see her as well.. Lapetite 7593 You Rock!!!! "
