"I love the director Valerie Frazier. Team Lean NeNe, and Miss Timeka these ladies have been consistent with the care and concern for my children and myself. My children love and respect them as well. There are a few focus areas that could be improved: 1. Parking. I do not feel I should have to park on the street because the handful of available parking spots are being occupied by other parents/visitors/etc. Lunch/breakfast options: A weekly menu would be great to help me as a mom determine when/if I need to feed my kids at home. Also, why can't my kids bring their breakfast from home and eat it? I have been told by Miss Libby on a few occasions, I can't do it unless I stay there with my child. I have to say, the breakfast and lunch descriptions I receive thru bright wheel are not appetizing and explain why my kids are so hungry when I pick them up. I miss a lot of dirty clothes/linen/art/misc items b/c my child is not in the same room as from the morning. it would be great if they were in the same room or all those items could follow them thru the room changes daily. Overall, I would and do receommend LPA to my friends and family. The majority of teachers have been there since we started going. This means so much to my kids and to me. We have all contributed to a good relationship that continues to grow."

"I am saddened to know that the education the La Petite promises is being sacrificed for financial gain. I do not get a discount for the days that the school is closed or the days that my child has done nothing but play all day because their assigned teacher was either absent or sent to another room. I am expected to pay the full price and in a timely manner or I will not be allowed services. I comply with the schools requirements as a parent and customer. But the school does not follow thru with their part of the agreement. I do expect more for my children considering the amount of money I pay for them to attend La Petite. However, it is very disappointing to know that before tax deductions, a teacher at La Petite makes substantially less than what I pay in a month to the school. Who deserves a bonus for this atrocity? La Petite, you have got to 'up your game' and invest/reward in the good talent that is still working for you and those that may choose to work for you in the future. Otherwise, you should change your name to 'daycare' because currently there is more playtime than education that is on the daily agenda."
