"Several of the teachers are great, however I feel like the location is often cluttered and not at clean as it should be. Some of the teachers seem to get frustrated by the number of kids they're watching and things get overlooked. I do feel as if they care for the kids, but might be overwhelmed. Also, I had no idea there was an actual curriculum until the day I was telling the staff I was changing day area. At that point they discussed curriculum with me, and started sending out email updates then but it was too late by that point."

"We have been mostly pleased w/ this daycare system. The daycare has switched to a real time app to give daily reports which we absolutely love and utilize. The only issue we have w/ it is if something is not entered then we have no way of knowing about it. I've noticed that sometimes in the afternoon, I will not get as many updates. For instance, sometimes I do not get updates on when my baby was last fed a bottle or the last time he took a nap. I feel that, that is a downfall w/ the electronic updates. With the daily sheets, usually, the teachers would make a point to have it all filled out, but w/ the electronic system, they would not know unless they looked at it and even then, how would we know if they would remember if they had missed something? Maybe they should still write it down on a dry erase board or maybe if the app had it to where it would prompt them if they missed something?"

"Our experience has been overall wonderful- specifically Jordan, Kim, and Melissa make leaving my child easier knowing they are there to care and truly love my child when I can't be with her. They genuinely seem to have care and concern for her and it can be shown on how she has responded to them as well. Most all staff seem to care and take concern for the children there. One area for improvement is when some teachers have covered in the class and a child is dropped off and they start to cry I have had teachers walk away with my child which seems to make things worse, rather than together is reassuring her and giving more comfort. Also a class we walk through most often I see children only on a carpet area and never playing throughout the room- this could just be when I am there but daily this is the only area I see utilized which seems very limiting. I also believe when teachers say get on my carpet it is limiting and could better be said by more welcoming/inclusive language"

"Overall good experience. I feel that the daycare providers care for my child and enjoy taking care of her. They are also trust worthy. I wish there was an easier system for paying and some days, that there was more information written on the daily sheet such as why she might not have gotten a good nap that day or more about the educational activities she did that day."

"We have been pleased w/ what La Petite provides. The only issues we have had is w/ the amount of times our child has been bitten and her teacher cannot spell. We would get the daily sheet, there would be several words that are misspelled. It concerns me since the teacher is supposed to be teaching these young kids and she cannot even spell. Also, the teacher is always eating in the morning when we drop off our child. Also, I would like hearing about something my child did that day. It's always exciting to hear something new."
