"This location has been very disappointing compared to another la petite used previously. The director is never seen, never speaks with us. Safety issues with our child were not promptly and appropriately addressed. Staff turnover is prevalent and rapid. Care ratios are consistently not met as promised or required. Interaction with our child’s actual teachers is usually very minimal. The only thing that keeps us coming is the location and our child’s familiarity with the school. I would not recommend this school to another parent and would caution them to use another school if possible."

"Great. We moved him from another daycare that I was very unhappy with (it was our second choice and was a little cheaper so we gave it a chance). La Petite was my first choice and since the move I have been happy to pay the extra costs because it has been a wonderful environment for my child."

The staff is more like family which made our experience that much more great. "This school has been amazing. Our son was struggling until Ms Lorena helped him find his words, emotions and personality. She has been a God send. Ms Sonya has been so attentive and loving to my daughter Autumn, and helped her become comfortable coming to school for the first time. Ms Fran, Ms Tawanna and Ms Duanna are incredible to my children every time they see them. I am incredibly grateful that, if I have to leave my children with teachers, it is with THESE amazing teachers! Thank you!"
"A little upset that the new soccer program is double to triple amount that they charge at other schools. When we mentioned this, we get the response that it was negotiated through corporate. I will tell you, this gives a serious impression that all this school is, is money grubbing and you really don’t care about the families and their bottom lines. Or, that you have REALLY terrible negotiators to have such high rates to begin with. Someone is definitely making a profit somewhere because the same program at another La Petite down the street is only half the cost.Then, there was a massive rate hike to the normal tuition. It’d be a little different if it was gradual, but it is over $60 a month! We’ve had them before but never this high."
"We are very happy with LPA. The teachers seem to really love our child and show it. They smile with her and hug her. She loves to see them. They communicate clearly and professionally if they need anything or if an incident happens. They are flexible and do what they can to make her happy at drop off so it isn’t hard to leave."
"Besides the sanitization concerns...we love the location, teachers and director. Everyone at the school is very kind and accepting. We would just like to see a greater effort to keep the kids healthier through a rigorous sanitization program."
