"We have had some enthusiastic, passionate teachers who make a huge difference and we love them. The old director, Kate, was fantastic. Kavina is wonderful— very thorough, helpful, and knows the kids so well so it gives us confidence and trust in her."

"They are very sweet but not organized. Staff has high turn over and their is a lack of accountability or actions when parents bring up concerns. Communication about our child is not a priority. The phone app does not mean you do not need to talk to parents about how a child is doing."

"I have mixed feelings about the school. The atmosphere is fine, but we have no clue who our child's friends are. Our child doesn't like going to school, which is completely different than where we came from where she was so excited. Also, I don't know who my child's teacher is."

"Generally speaking, La Petite provides good value and is extremely convenient. Our daughter loves her teachers and friends. We trust that she is safe and cared for and her basic needs are well met. Unfortunately, communication is poor. If you expect regular, or even infrequent, updates about your child's personal progress or deficiencies, readjust this expectation before sending your young child to La Petite; in more than a year, we have never received any feedback about our daughter. Also, beware: even if you pay next fall's registration fee in the spring, apparently you risk losing your child's spot for fall if you do not send him/her during the summer, which is a separate fee and is evidently (conveniently) charged after you have already signed up for the following school year. These are the types of nuances that are not communicated and are, perhaps, assumed that parents already know, even with a first/only child in any kind of school. Because our daughter is socially thriving and clearly learning, even if not measured, and because of the convenience in location and scheduling, we continue to send her to La Petite. We wish that their standards for communication and feedback were higher."

"Overall we like the school, but the facilities could use some work. The layout does not provide for distinct classroom areas. It is to open and allows for a very distracted and disjointed environment. Additionally, it seems dirty and cluttered. I see people cleaning in the evenings, but it is still grimy. I feel if the facility was larger to better accommodate the various classroom and number of children, it would be easier to keep it from being cluttered and provide ease of cleaning."

"This is a descent school with caring teachers and staff! The hours of care are ideal for working parents. The meals they give children are generally healthy. The only issue that I see is that some of the toddler rooms are cluttered and messy."
