"Overall everything has been good. I think the addition of the iPads for reporting may serve a purpose but as a parent receiving multiple emails a day reporting how much my 3 year old had to eat can be a bit much. I also don't like that I can't choose to pay more than one week at a time on the new online payment system. This is an inconvenience for me as I do not use automatic payments and now have to log in every week versus every two weeks. It seems like a small think but it's one more thing that I have to remember simply because the new online system doesn't allow for multiple week payments. We have been at the school for over a year at this point and have not had a formal conference with anyone. I anticipate one in the spring. My child's teacher is warm and welcoming. At times the director, while nice and cordial, is not very warm or sincere. Overall we are satisfied because our child's teacher is so welcoming and willing to share information."
