Anytime I express a concern or ask a question, I’m met with a defensive and/or sarcastic response by the director. I have stopped asking questions & trying to resolve the issues & started looking for a new daycare for my child to attend instead."

Later in the day though, updates get missed when teachers start switching around & classes are combined. It’s difficult to keep up.
