"Other than Miss Asia at the front desk, who is always professional and warm/sincere in her greeting, none of the rest of the staff puts an extra effort in communicating or genuinly caring about my child. They all do the minimum and the basics. I often pick up my child with a diaper not changed in a while and usually get unclear answers on my child's day (nap, food, etc). The app updates are inconsistent and the only thing I like is the daily play outside. Staff lacks personable relationship with parents and consistency."

"Ms. Gwen and Ms. Brandie are fabulous!! They send me extra notes or pictures if my daughter is not feeling well to give me peace of mind. They keep my little girl very happy and right on schedule. If I have any special requests, they are quick to implement them and are happy to do it! Ms. Asia and Ms. Shannon greet me warmly every morning and are quick to answer my questions/concerns as well. The precious status app and the sweet, professionals caregivers are what helps me get through my workdays away from my little one. I'm very grateful for our daycare choice!! Thank you ladies - we appreciate all of you very much!"
