"I had a good tour. The director was fantastic. The only problem I had was, while filling out some information in the very beginning, on the video monitor at the front office I saw an employee pick up a child in a way that made me uncomfortable. The employee did NOT hurt the child in any way. I almost felt as if she was rushed. She was picking children up from a crib and sitting them on the floor. She picked one child up mostly by one arm. At one point she did have 2 hands on the child but then set the child down by one arm and almost tripped and child almost fell over. I would like to think that my child would be picked up with 2 hands not by one arm. I am a nurse and would not like for him to end up with a dislocated arm. Again, the child was fine and there did not seem to be bothered by it. It also was not a big enough concern for me to mention it to the director. I was there Friday 4/14 from about 340-4 if anyone did want to look and see if they can see what I am talking about. This might be a deciding factor in my child care choice. I never pick my child up by one arm. he may hold my hands and I pick up him as if we are swinging but I never **** him by one arm. I don't want to get anyone in trouble but this did bother me."
