"Very clean, no smell, which is huge for me becuase the first daycare that we looked at had a bad smell. My oldest son's teacher Ms. Dorthy was so warm and welcoming which I appreciated so much. My son is a highly sensitive child and transitioning to day care for the first time at three and a half was hard for him but she made it so much better, I felt good leaving him with her. And now Ms. Kimberly is great as well! My younger son is with Ms. Teagan and Ms. Alicia mainly and they absolutely go the extra mile to help him feel comfortable and they give him lots of snuggles, even when he is being less than perfect, which I love! Thanks La Petite Academy Mill Creek! Also, love that they are always doing art projects and have lots of art on the walls."

"It seems very chaotic while dropping off and picking up. I have overheard some unprofessional conversations. My older child has developed some major bad habits and does not eat at school because they do not allow us to bring her lunch and she is a picky eater."
"Our general experience has been very sub-par. I equate this partially to possible unreasonably high expectations on our part due to the over the top quality of our child's previous school. After significant searching, your school provides an average product (for the area) at a better than average price. Lack of competition in price and quality in the area may also prevent significant improvement and development in any area of quality and/or price. There is a significant desire for some form of daily progress update about my child's day, how they are improving, and what they did, including interaction with other children, and teachers. It's a valuable tool that allows me to create conversation with my child's teacher(s). I also do not feel that the teachers genuinely have a vested interest in my child's learning and improvement process. Some seem like they do, but they are not my child's specified teachers. The majority of staff I interact with feel like they force the smile and professional interaction and are just there because they have to be, or can't find anything better. At my child's last school, all 4 of the teacher's he interacted with regularly really had a vested interest in his well being, education, and improvement. It was easily apparent just during the pickup/drop-off times. Even staff I didn't know easily recognized and interacted with my child as if he/she were their own. I had never seen school staff develop and maintain such a caring and nurturing relationship with my child and definitely do not feel that the same is being done at this school. Please don't take all the criticism too harshly. Your school is easily the best in our area. I'm simply trying to highlight the significance of quality I've received from my child's past school experience. Cost is of no concern for my child's education, however, I do care about the value or what I'm receiving for my dollar. You guys present the best quality per dollar locally, otherwise we wouldn't be here."

"All the clubs mentioned for the after school program makes it sound like you are getting a lot for your money. All I've seen is a messy space with coats on the floor, kids running wild and the teacher sitting behind the desk. My daughter is typically just doing her own thing. I ask her every day and so far have not heard of any organized activity. I dislike that the playground is a mud bog and she was allowed to get her tennis shoes completely muddy. I don't mind a little mud at times but there is a time and place for that. We don't feel like the quality is there."
