I’m grateful for Miss Irene and Miss Brittany, and we will truly be sad to leave them in 2 months! As a mom with a daughter who has such a struggle with separation anxiety I love that they love her and she can say bye to me with ease when with them! "I’m satisfied with the staff and the care they provide for my children but it’s the drinking water that concerns me. I would like them to drink from a water fountain rather than the sink as I personally think it’s not safe for children to drink from there specially if they are next to the bathrooms. This issue is just very concerning to me and I’d like someone to take hands on this"
"Their kindness and patience are amazing. I know they love my child and care deeply for him. When they called me to say he had hand foot mouth, they noted this was different than his eczema because they know him. They all greet him by name and were so excited when he was learning to walk and sent me lots of video. It makes my heart happy. I do wish they had Spanish classes I could enroll him in."
"It’s had ups and downs. I love Kelsey but I don’t like the new assistant director. The new lady doesn’t communicate or build relationships with parents. Unfortunately the new assistant is who is there in the mornings instead of Kelsey. I filled out a medication form a couple weeks ago with the new assistant and found out that no one gave my daughter her medication that day. What a waste of my time trying to make sure the form is filled out and then no one gives it to her. Everyone seems checked out. Houng is probably the best employee in that building with the best attitude and truly cares for the kids."

"It has come and gone so much over the past 3 1/2 years....but I have watched it slowly get worse and worse. They can't seem to keep staff and I never even know who is going to be in a classroom with my kids. or if my youngest will even be in the same room. I don't blame the staff....in regards to effort....I really can't pin point why its declined. I know they all adore my kids...but I do need more from a daycare facility that I expect to be above the rest. Otherwise I would just hire some teenager to babysit."
