"Can't say enough good things about the staff at this school."

"Aside from the high price, the day care has been amazing! This is my first child and my first day care experience and it has been mostly great. The director is very kind, professional and willing to go to bat for the well-being of my child. All the teachers are welcoming and friendly and seem to really enjoy watching my child. I feel safe leaving my child at the day care and know the teachers are treating my child as one of their own. If I have any issues, they are addressed immediately or if I have any questions about anything, they have informed opinions that I feel I can rely on. They listen to my requests and do their best to accommodate anything that is safe for the children. The only thing that irritates me is that I feel I don't know about the different policies and the regulations are constantly changing so it's hard to keep up. The communication has gotten better but I still don't feel like everything is passed along so I'm constantly checking to see if things have been done. The app has REALLY HELPED!!! I love it! I just wish I could see the messages that the parents send too."

"I am grateful that his regular teachers are very attentive and nurturing. All of the staff are friendly and seem to care about the kids. I become concerned when teachers from other rooms cover and they routinely do not appear competent to be there (i.e. Knowing safe sleeping and positioning in newborns, handling young babies, know how to remove a child from a car seat, etc). There is also a lot of processed and canned food provided which is disappointing, especially in an infant room. I've been pleased overall, but a few major incidents have put a dent in being completely satisfied especially considering that this is by far our largest household expense and where he spends the majority of his waking hours."
