"My general experience has not necessarily been bad. I have had bumps in the road with teachers, and other children. But the teacher situation worked it's self out, and my older children will just have to ignore a certain child until they are gone from Lapetite."
"Overall more negative than positive. Some staff are more welcoming and understanding than others. But other staff members should learn their role as caregivers and when working with children not every child is the same.Take time to care for the individual needs of each child with patience. Learn how to handle and react to the different behaviors of children. If they are not being totally disruptive, destructive, and disobedient to policy/procedure/rules of the facility on a consistent basis do not make the child/ parent feel as if their child is a nuisance to the facility. Allow children the freedom to be children and do not always be so quick to report what you did not witness. Lastly I did appreciate the safe environment provided :)"
"The best thing about the school is the professionalism on display from the director. I was told about the school from a nurse who works with me and I did a call to gauge the interaction. The director was beyond professional over the phone and she was very welcoming me to me and she invited me to do a tour. The next day, I called and spoke with the driver and Dana was the same way. I was very pleased with her tone, because she would be responsible for driving my son. My son is my life and it is very important that he is surrounded by professional individuals."
