"This place used to be one of the best day cares in Madison when my Oldest child attended 4 years ago, but now there is a new director and the place is not what it once used to be. I enrolled my second child here when she was 7 weeks old and had very unpleasant experience as the director was providing us with false information. She was providing false information calling them Licensing rules related to bringing breast milk, which directly discouraged us from sending breast milk for my infant. After I learnt there is no such Licensing policy I felt very uncomfortable about sending my infant to a daycare managed by such a liar.
She forced me continuously to bring 4 oz of breast milk in each bottle and said according to their Licensing policy they have to offer minimum of 4 oz even when my newborn wouldn't eat more than 2 oz at a time, According to their policy they have to discard the left over breast milk.
I asked her to give me a copy of the Licensing policy, then she changed the story and said its not a Licensing policy but it comes under the food program. I asked for a copy of the food program policy related to minimum amount of breast milk, she provided me with a document which clearly mentioned and exception for babies who eat smaller amount of breast milk at a time. It clearly said ' those babies can be offered less than 4 oz at a time'. The Director knew it all the time when she pushed me to bring 4 oz in each bottle. My infant would take 5 feedings during the time she stays at the day care, and if I had believed this woman and provided what she had demanded for it would have been a total of 10oz of breast milk which she would have ditched down the drain EACH DAY. Such a horrible person, and I won't recommend this place to anyone. "
