"On average, we've had a good experience. The downside has included my 2 year old putting old gum off the daycare floor in her mouth, the daily sheet filled out in the morning and not reflecting what my child truly ate, and since there are no changing tables for 2 year olds I saw a worker lay a child on the floor to change her diaper. The upside is that the workers know who I am and I know them by name. They genuinely care about the children. While the downsides may seem shocking, our previous facility had children bending over to touch their toes, like convicts, to change them. There is always going to be something that catches a parent's attention. La Petite does clean every day and I noticed a difference after the gum incident."

"The director greeted me and completed the intake process, however she had a scheduled tour so the assistant director gave me a tour since I was a walk in. She was awesome! Friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and provided me with a sample of the diapers that are available when I had questions regarding them. The children were happy, staff engaging, and the facility appeared safe and clean. Thank you for taking time with me as a new nervous mom!"

Children are a lot of work and due to the diverse nature of the school where there are different children coming from different children who are being raised to different standards and the varying levels of the standard of living these children come from like for example some parents will drop off sick kids because they can't miss work therefore infecting other kids causing their parents to have to miss work is more likely to happen the more kids you have together. this may be fine for older children because they can take medicines to help alleviate these symptoms but for younger babies who are still developing these germs can be quite problematic because they are untreatable"

"I'm not pleased with all the changing rules of this company. It is an EXTREME INCONVIENCE for me to pick up my child, and she is DRENCHED in saliva, because of the no bib policy. I do not appreciate my child looking DIRTY as if we don't take care of her. I also, do not appreciate being regulated on what I can and cannot place in my child's diaper bag. We are a VERY busy family, and having to switch diaper bags is ludicrous. Please take heed to what this irritated parent is saying. The staff at this location (Madison, AL) has been great to us!!! They treat our daughter very well. My problem is with upper management outside of this establishment. I want you all to know I understand some of the policy changes, and why they must happen. However, for a working family...some of these changes are a huge inconvenience for us. We chose to come to this establishment, because it came highly recommended. I would slightly recommend this establishment thanks to the staffing here, but I will also inform them of the change in policies you all are implementing and how much of an inconvenience it will be to them. I hope my response will help open your eyes and help prevent from losing any business, because you're very close to having it happen."

"I talked to the director and as she did the tour she talked to me about how to check my child in and out and then showed me the classroom where my child would be and talked about the curriculum the had for infants. I enjoyed talking to her and I felt welcomed as the had a sign on the front door when entering the building."

"Overall a great experience. Staff well educated, caring, and respectful. OU recently after spending a few hours in my child's classroom have I noticed a few major areas of concern. Babies are allowed to crawl on the told floor after parents have just walked outside & into the classroom. Very unsanitary. Area of major concern. It also seems there more qualified help is needed in the early morning to ensure children are cared for lovingly."
