"The director is not very involved at all with the school. Even though she's helping another school, I highly doubt that she puts in 40 hours a week. The location would fall apart if it wasn't for Sandy and Patti (who honestly run the place). The staff in the pre-school room are hardly ever standing up and looked less than happy to be there in the morning. 4 out of 5 days a week, there is one pre-school teacher just SITTING there, not interacting with the kids at all. It's a job.. I get it... But try to show some involvement with the kids when parents are dropping off and throughout the day. Going back to the director Lauren... Lauren, who? I highly doubt she has any idea what's going on with her staff and lack of motivation some of them have. Helping another location or not.. Please pay attention to what's going on at your own location!"

"I really like the school and the leadership. I have noticed the kids all come home with pretty messy faces/clothes. Not sure if there's a rule against wiping their faces? Anyway, small price to pay for a happy tot at the end of the day!"
