"In the past I’ve loved this facility and the teachers there. This year has been the first year I’ve had any doubts about the facility at all. At one point my child did not want to even be at the facility because he was not getting responses from his teachers when he asked questions and when he informed them something was going on they did not always take immediate action. There are things I really like about this facility and things I really think could use some work. Overall we will continue to use the facility until my son is able to either stay home or have another place to go after school. It does not change my full blown opinion of the facility I have my favorite teachers and ones I know we can always talk to but I do think there are improvements that can be made"

"I generally love this school. However, sometimes when I pick up my child I hear another teacher from a different class yelling or talking to the children in a way I don’t like. If she will be my child’s teacher I will probably move schools. My child responds well to being treated like an adult, which happens nicely in our own classroom. I don’t like hearing teachers yelling at small children and it doesn’t make for a positive atmosphere."
