"Fair. I do not enjoy the 9:30AM drop off policy, and have had teachers be rude in the past when I have dropped off slightly later than 9:30. I have had teachers make several comments about how we feed one of our children which has been unappreciated. We chose this daycare because of the high level of teacher retention that was advertised to us; however, there has since been a lot of turnover.We have loved some of our teachers and feel like they do care for our children though."

My son doesn’t cry at drop off anymore and tells me what a good day he’s had when I pick him up. That’s huge for us! Plus the extra programs they offer, like soccer and wondercamps, are so fun an exciting."

"We have had issues with several of the teachers and the lack of emotional support and poor treatment of our child due to favoritism and lack of patience. Management was able to handle the issues and communicate with us in a timely and appropriate manner. We felt supported and new teachers put in place have been extremely helpful and caring of our child."

"The teachers in the classrooms have been great. I would say that there has been quite an bit of turnover and moving between classes since we have started. It can make it hard for our 4 yr old to have a lack of consistency. Again, all of the teachers have been great!"
