"Very welcoming and accomodating staff from the director to the teachers. Answered all my queries respectfully and professionally. First facility I toured that did not discussed the prices in the beginning. They're all about presenting La Petite Academy as a great school to put your kid in."
"Mrs. Salomie has done a wonderful job at helping to ease the stress of transitioning into a new school for both myself and child. She is patient and kind and does a wonderful job educating the children in her care by helping them to develop their social and emotional skills. There is a genuine love and appreciation for what she does and it shows. She values the differences between her children in class and embraces it (and he,ps them to do the same)."
"The school started out great in the beginning then massive amounts of turnover occurred and I can see how my child is not happy going to the school with all these faces she doesn’t know. It’s too bad because she loved going before."
"For 2 years we couldn’t have been happier with this school. But in the last few months it has really taken a turn. The lack of communication in staff changes upsets me as well as the lack of preparation on moving to other classes/ age groups. If it wasn’t for her best buddies being in this school we may have left already."

"My main concern is when attempting to pay for school. There is typically no one at the front desk to pay and you incur a late fee if you pay the next day. I've even asked staff to come to the front desk so I can pay but no one is ever available and are not able to leave the classrooms. There should be a system in place so I can pay online instead of in office."

"I was advised by the director Connie that my child would begin school April 1st. I was than advised it would not be until April 22nd. When I decided to use a different daycare and went in to obtain my infants shot records and physical paperwork she couldn't find it!!! She didn't even seem to care! She also said, "I have not been working in the front so things could of been misplaced." That is unacceptable! She is a director and no childs information should ever be misplaced. They are unorganized and lose sensitive information on children. I would definitely not recommend this daycare. "

"No issues at the time. I think better handoffs between shifts would be helpful. There have been several times I will ask of something only to be told that it happened in the prior shift and they were not sure. Not everything can be covered in a handoff but I feel this has room for improvement."

"It was rocky for the first couple of months and caused major anxiety when dropping my child off every day. Not knowing if I was going to get called out of work again but things have been great and I am very pleased with the teacher my child has. I feel a lot better about this school and the care that’s being provided to my child. My child loves going to School now. Prior to the change he would whine and cry to have to go to school. Thank you for all that you guys do!"
