"I personally feel the director could be more friendly. She doesn’t smile much. I am not greeted in the morning or even a hello or good morning. They don’t even say good morning to my son. My son has also come home several times with a soiled diaper. Not sure if they aren’t checking him towards the end of the day. It would be nice if they did more activities with the babies too."

"My husband and I could not be happier with La Patitie Academy in Crystal Lake. The only downfall would be since we started there have been a number of incidences with the building forcing us to have to find alternate care. Which has been extremely difficult for us as we do not have family that can help especially now with the pandemic. I feel her teachers Jackie and Marisela go above and beyond for our daughter. I feel like Nadine is always there and ready to help whenever I Have a question. We are very happy and thankful to have Lapetite help us with our daughter during the week."

"Throughout the 14+ years that my children have attended LaPetite, I have had nothing but excellent experiences. Both locations are amazing, and there was a changeover of center director multiple times, at the Homer Glen location - smooth transition, no issues. At the Lake in the Hills location, they’ve only had one change of directors but it was even more seamless. I cannot rave enough about the teachers - Ms. michelle, Ms. Alaina, and Ms. Kima come to mind as positively outstanding, but truly, they’re all professional, experienced teachers with early childhood education training. "

"Overall I love the school. The twos teachers are AMAZING and very interactive with all of the children. My daughter comes home singing everyday, repeating stories she’s heard, and just overall in a happy mood. If she’s happy, then I’m happy."

"Many concerns! Payment approach is clunky and not efficient for parents. Lack of structure in classroom for older children in the before and after school program. Inappropriate language and behavior occurs with kids and is not always addressed."

"All of the infant room teachers are warm and friendly, which was very comforting when I returned to work from parental leave. I have had no issues with any of the school staff. I also appreciate the school’s willingness to take in our son on days that he is not signed up for due to care taker conflicts."
