"We are so happy, after even a month of being at your school, they knew so much more than they did going to their old school. When we use to pick them up for their old school they were crying and scared and so hungry but when we pick them up from yalls school they are so happy, say they had fun with friends and are excited to tell us everything they did. I love getting pictures all day of what they are doing. I love that y’all feed them a late snack and drink. I love that there are a couple of teachers per class. Her old school only had one teacher per class so they couldn’t learn anything because the teacher was overwhelmed. I love how the classes are separated by age too so you can focus on the level the children are on. This school is worlds different than their last school and we couldn’t be happier."

"The directors have flakey and unsupportive. We were quoted 100 dollars under tuition and we didn’t know until we were charged. When our son left for kindergarten they over charged us and it only got sorted because we called. When our kids started, we had to miss a full day of work because we were not given a list of items to bring with them the first day. No calendar for Kona ice or water days, etc. There is no communication and even when there is, it is fully loaded with condescending and reproachful energy. I would love to start over with the staff but every time we try to talk to someone it is never made a priority. And honestly it always feels like a speech to make us feel bad and see how they’re actually right all along. I am on my cell phone so I apologize for any typos or errors. I love 75% of the staff and the facility itself is safe and clean. It’s just the culture that has fundamental flaws that start with higher management down."
